Are you a solo artist, musician, or in a band and want to take your act on the road? Not sure what you need to make this happen? And what do you do once you get there? Join a lively discussion with business entrepreneur and past international promoter Donna Carpenter-Fukushima. As an international promoter for over 20 years, Donna will share her experience and perspectives on what successful tours look like, the players in the music ‘business’ game, building a fan base, and how to have longevity in your career.

About The Festival

We Out Here is a festival to honor and celebrate Black excellence and share resources in the Seattle area. Shining a light on artists, elders, activists, community members, and organizations representing a number of fields that are working to address complex issues in creative ways. We Out Here will feature talks, presentations, workshops, and live performances from June 17-19, 2021.
